Khalti lake is Located around six Kilometers from Gupis, in Khalti Village of District Ghizer, about 2200 meters from sea level. Winter brings its own beauty. One such sight is one of Ghizer’s Khalti Lake which freezes during winter season.
Khalti freezes over in December and remains so till January, allowing locals an opportunity to hang out and play sports in an otherwise entertainment-strapped region.
